The president in the message extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the government and people of the DPRK on the founding anniversary of the DPRK, Sept. 9, 2016 on behalf of the government and people of Namibia and on his own behalf.

The message expressed very pleasure over the fact that the excellent diplomatic relations between the governments and peoples of the two countries continue to exist and welcomed it.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and success in his work of leading the Korean people to steady prosperity.
