Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Kim Pok Dong and Kil Won Ok, victims of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, on Aug. 26 held a press conference in Mapho District, Seoul in which they denounced the puppet regime for closing its eyes to Japan's past crimes by offering the victims a paltry amount of money, according to the south Korean Yonhap News. The south Korean regime's reception of rewards for the victims for sexual slavery from Japan is an act of selling off the victims, they said. Referring to the fact that the authorities demanded the families of the victims help the implementation of the humiliating "agreement", they said that only those who have never experienced sufferings can demand them get such money. They renewed their will to fight it out to force Japan to pay a very high price for its past crimes no matter how much money the regime may give to them. |
