Youth Determined to Demonstrate Might of Youth Power
Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Upon receiving an important speech made by supreme leader Kim Jong Un at the 9th Congress of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, five million members of the league are filled with determination to fully demonstrate the might of a youth power.

Pak Ryong Chol, a battalion commander of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade participating in the construction of Ryomyong Street, told KCNA:

In his speech, Kim Jong Un said that it is a great felicity for the Workers' Party of Korea and the pride of the DPRK to have such reliable big ranks of young people and herein lies the mightiness of our dignified country and its rosy future.

Our youth are blessed with having held in high esteem through generations the peerlessly great men who have always put forward young people as a pride representing the country's mightiness and future.

The DPRK will as ever remain powerful and its future rosy as long as it is led by Kim Jong Un who is carrying forward the great leaders' idea of prioritizing the youth and their leadership exploits.

Mok Ryon, a teacher of the Kang Pan Sok Senior Secondary School who participated in the torchlight gala held in the presence of supreme leader Kim Jong Un to mark the 9th congress, said:

He extended warm greetings to all the young people across the country at the historic congress. After watching the torchlight gala, he sent thanks to all its performers, saying with high appreciation that the torch gala of the young vanguard is the highest in organizational ability, discipline and artistry.

Thanks to his warm loving care for young people, our youth could form the big ranks of invincible fighters rallied close around the Party.

It is my firm determination to train all my students for genuine members of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League who will display wisdom and courage of heroic youth in general charge for building socialist power.
