Among them were the chairman of the Communist Party of Germany, chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania, general secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, chairman of the Hungarian Workers' Party, general secretary and the international secretary of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia, vice-chairman and a secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, co-chairman of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation, president of the Women's International Democratic Federation and high-ranking officials of political, social, military and economic circles of Russia, China, Nepal, India, Japan, Germany, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Slovenia, France, UK, Benin, Sierra Leon, Senegal, Tanzania, Jamaica, Panama, Peru and Ecuador and representatives of international organizations, groups for the study of the Juche idea and organizations for Korea's reunification and friendship.

They expressed firm belief that only victory and glory will be set in store for the Korean people advancing upholding the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un with loyalty.
