Day of Songun Marked in Foreign Countries

| Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- The Hungarian Workers' Party, the Franoson Mannyon International Company LTD. of Nigeria, the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association and an investment center in Algeria sponsored a lecture, photo exhibition and film shows between August 22 and 24 on the Day of Songun. Displayed at the venues of the events were photos showing the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un and other photos introducing the DPRK. "Kim Jong Il's Birthplace in Paektu Secret Camp" and other Korean films were shown. The chairman of the Hungarian Workers' Party praised Kim Jong Il for developing the DPRK into an impregnable nuclear weapons state, satellite manufacturing and launching nation with his Songun revolution. The chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association and other figures lauded the Songun revolutionary leadership feats of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un. |
