The congress powerfully demonstrated the firm faith and will of the five million members of the young vanguard to showcase the might of the Paektusan youth power and usher in the greatest heyday of the Korean youth movement under the unfurled banner of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the editorial says, adding;

There are many countries and young people in the world, but it is only the young people in the DPRK who greeted the congress of victors and glory which provided an opportunity to recollect full of pride their youthful days with such high honor of being the young vanguard of the Party.

It is the immense pride and the great honor of the Korean youth movement that it has provided and invariably carried forward the tradition of single-minded unity based on the monolithic ideology and center.

Thanks to the brave spirit and dynamic footsteps of the young people, such eye-opening miracles as doing ten years' work in just one year are taking place in succession on this land and the future of a thriving country is being brought earlier.

The young vanguard created the spirit of the times, the spirit of the Paektusan heroic youth in the area of Mt. Paektu where the Juche revolution started. This goes to clearly prove that our country is an invincible youth power envied by the world.

It is the glorious tradition of the Korean youth movement to single-mindedly remain true to the Party's ideology and leadership, and the highest honor and eternal happiness of the youth lie in firmly upholding and glorifying the tradition.
