He once again warmly congratulated the participants and had a photo session with them.

He expressed belief that all the participants in the congress would develop the youth league into the eternal youth league of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il under the uplifted banner of great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and successfully perform their mission and duty as reserves, advance force and wing of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) in the van of creating the Mallima speed for carrying out the decision of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.
