Enraged by the authorities' act of establishing the "foundation for reconciliation and recovery" in the wake of the humiliating "agreement" made with Japan on the issue of sexual slavery and their decision to pay money given by Japan to victims, they staged such protest action.

They charged that the authorities inflicted mental and material damage on the victims of the sexual slavery through the "agreement" such as "final and irreversible solution" to the issue of the sexual slavery, restraint on accusation and criticism in the international community and settlement of the Japanese government's concern over the girl statue.

They declared they have held the Japanese government legally responsible for forcing them into the sexual slavery and will do so in the future, too.
