The ministry's proposed cutting off the ferry Sewol hull is little short of blocking a precision inquiry into the hull required for probing the truth about the disaster, he noted.

He underlined the need to discuss again from the beginning the proposal for investigation, adjustment and preservation after the salvage of the ferry Sewol hull.
