DPRK's Successful SLBM Test-fire Praised by British Organizations

Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The British Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association UK released a joint statement on August 26, congratulating the DPRK on its success in the strategic submarine-launched ballistic missile test-fire.

The statement said that the test-fire was successfully conducted under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

This event was provided thanks to his Songun revolutionary leadership, it said, and went on:

There is no greater auspicious event than this test-fire that added more fresh significance to the Day of Songun of the DPRK.

The successful test-fire of the ballistic missile Pukguksong showed the validity and vitality of the DPRK's self-development-first principle.

The statement quoted Kim Jong Un as saying: "I do not guess what ridiculous remarks the U.S. and its followers will make about this test-fire, but I can say their rash acts will only precipitate their self-destruction. The best way of escaping the deadly strike of the infuriated Korean People's Army is to refrain from hurting the dignity and security of the DPRK with prudence and self-control."
