It is the invariable scenario of the U.S. and the Park Geun Hye group of traitors to lead their military pressure on the DPRK to an adventurous preemptive nuclear strike upon it.

The ongoing saber-rattling assumes increasing danger as it is being staged pursuant to OPLAN 5015.

OPLAN 5015 is a vicious war scenario for invading the DPRK in terms of its objective, means involved and ways of carrying it out.

The main purpose of the military exercises is to make the U.S. imperialist aggressors and units of the puppet forces of south Korea get familiar with and round off procedures of phased operations and their mobile capabilities for surprise attacks on the core facilities and strategic bases of the DPRK, pursuant to OPLAN 5015.

All these facts go to prove that the war hysteria of the U.S. imperialists and the Park group to "bring down the social system" through preemptive nuclear attack upon the DPRK has reached an extreme phase.

Right to preemptive nuclear attack is not a monopoly of the U.S. and the U.S. and the Park regime had better stop their rash acts.
