In a "forum on chemical and biological defense plan" in March of 2013 the U.S. imperialists opened to public the fact that the Jupiter Plan is aimed to launch a bio-chemical warfare by the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea and anthrax and botulinus germs are the subjects of first-stage experiment being staged at the institutes of the U.S. military bases in Ryongsan, Osan and other areas of south Korea.

Their distribution of live anthrax germs into the Osan U.S. air force base was disclosed in May last year, stunning the world. This distribution was pursuant to the Jupiter Plan.

Civic and social organizations and citizens in Pusan area where the plan is enforced are strongly demanding a stop to the building of the laboratory for bio-chemical weapons in the city.
