Present at the meeting were Ri Myong Gil, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, Kim Jin Guk, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee, Pak Thae Sop, vice-chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, agricultural workers and members of the union in the county.

A reporter and speakers appealed to the organizations of the union and agricultural workers across the country to dynamically wage a socialist emulation to complete the harvesting and threshing for this year at the right time and at lightning speed, bearing in mind the militant call by the Party for the 200-day campaign of loyalty.
