Present there on invitation were a delegation of the Korean Youth League in Japan led by Kim Yong Ju, chairman of its Central Standing Committee, and a delegation of the Federation of Young Korean Nationals in China led by Chairwoman Kim Yong Nyo, and members of a delegation and visiting group of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.

Present there were Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Jong Yong Won, secretary of the C.C., the youth league, Kim Jin Guk, director of the Agency of Overseas Korean Affairs, and officials concerned.

Kim Yong Chol said in a speech that overseas young people who were subject to contempt and maltreatment in the past as members of the stateless nation could emerge a main force of the Korean community in the alien lands thanks to the warm love and trust of the great leaders.

He noted that under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, the Juche-oriented youth movement will record a history of eternal victory on the shining road of the great powerful socialist country and the powerful Paektusan nation.

Kim Yong Ju and Kim Yong Nyo said that they felt highly proud and honored to be overseas young vanguard of Kim Jong Un while taking part in the 9th Congress of the youth league and celebrations.

They vowed to strengthen the youth organizations into the ranks of the overseas young vanguard boundlessly loyal to Kim Jong Un and as entities strong in ideology and faith of not abandoning the faith of patriotism unto death, upholding the speech made by Kim Jong Un at the congress as an immortal great programme.
