The press release said that all Koreans at home and abroad are bitterly denouncing the south Korean authorities for laying a stumbling block in the way of opening the great national meeting for reunification with the will to pave a new avenue to national reunification, united close in the idea of By Our Nation Itself.

It noted that the south Korean authorities should pay heed to all the fellow countrymen's ardent aspiration after reunification growing strong as the days go by and respond to the proposal for the great national meeting as soon as possible, away from the confrontation with the DPRK.

It pointed out that the north side preparatory committee will get united with all political parties, organizations and personages at home and abroad supporting the opening of the joint conference and frustrate all challenges and obstructive moves of the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad and make every sincere effort to successfully hold the conference in the future, too.
