Ulji Freedom Guardian Denounced by Organization of New Zealand

Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- The New Zealand－DPRK Society released a statement on August 25 in denunciation of the Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military drill being conducted by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime.

The statement said:

The U.S. claims the joint military drill is the one to "protect" south Korea from the DPRK's "threat", but it is nothing but a deception.

The U.S. assertion is logically reversed one.

The U.S.-led military drill in south Korea is a war drill for invading the DPRK.

Especially, as the U.S. and the south Korean authorities decided to deploy THAAD in south Korea, the tension on the Korean peninsula has further escalated.

China and Russia respond sharply to the U.S. decision on THAAD deployment.

The tension on the Korean peninsula should not be worsened.
