Japan is planning to start the research and development of electronic accelerated artillery piece also.

Recently the Japanese Ministry of Defense announced that it plans to allot more than 5 trillion yen, largest-ever in history, to the defense budget for fiscal year 2017 which will start from April next year.

Minju Joson Tuesday in a commentary says in this regard:

Japan is trying to squander a fabulous amount of money to modernizing arms and equipment. This is not because arms and equipment of the Japan "Self-Defense Forces" is more backward than others but it is aimed to realize the ambition for overseas aggression at any cost.

The Japanese minister of Defense in a recent press conference said "the security legislation" has entered the phase of full-scale enforcement.

The law grants the right to use armed forces, regarding the attack on its ally as the one on Japan. The enforcement of the law makes it possible for SDF to conduct military activities overseas as it wishes just as the Japanese imperialists were keen on overseas aggression in the past.

Japan neither admits nor makes apology and reparation for its heinous crimes against humanity committed in the past though 70 odd years have passed. It is as clear as noonday that in case Japan opts for overseas aggression, it would inflict monstrous disaster upon mankind.

But Japan should clearly understand that gone never to return are the days when Japan could trample down other countries and nations while brandishing swords of aggression at random.

Japan's overseas aggression will be self-ruin leading to defeat.
