The U.S. imperialists are resorting to war moves to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK, the statement said, and went on:

The UN Security Council should denounce the U.S. brazenfaced and reckless act.

The U.S. should respond to the proposal of the DPRK for signing a peace treaty at an early date.

The U.S. should withdraw its forces and nuclear weapons from south Korea.

It should also roll back its hostile moves against the DPRK.
