Greetings to Kim Jong Un from Syrian President

| Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad on Sept. 4. In the message the president extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the friendly Korean people on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK on behalf of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf. It wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the Korean people greater progress and prosperity. It assured him of the stand of the Syrian Arab Republic to boost the friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK in the interests of the two friendly peoples on this significant occasion. |
