On display on the front of the venue of the exhibition was a photo of leader Kim Jong Il meeting President Putin.

Also on display there were photos dealing with revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Exhibited there were their works, photos showing grand monumental edifices built under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, books introducing Songun Korea and art pieces associated with the wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the photo of Kim Jong Il meeting Putin and paid tribute to them.

The chairman of the city committee of the Artists Union of Russia in an opening speech wished the Korean people led by Kim Jong Un greater success in the building of a socialist power and hoped for further development in the cultural exchange between the two countries, warmly congratulating the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
