Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- Alhassan Mamman Muhammad, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism issued a statement on Sept. 2 in denunciation of the U.S. and its allies' moves against the DPRK. He recalled that DPRK's national defence scientists and technicians succeeded in the test-fire of submarine-launched ballistic missile on a higher stage. He said that it is like a thief crying "Stop the thief!" for the U.S. and its allies to release a press release taking issue with the DPRK over its test-fire at the UN Security Council. He went on: Despite the public criticism at home and abroad, the U.S. is running amuck to mount another preemptive attack on the DPRK after introducing nuclear strategic assets and huge armed forces into south Korea. It is the U.S. which poses the danger of a nuclear war to the Korean peninsula. We bitterly condemn the U.S. for its illegal acts of finding fault with the DPRK's measure for bolstering up its nuclear deterrent for self-defence by abusing the UN Security Council. The U.S. would be well advised to withdraw all aggression forces including nuclear weapons from south Korea and stop blocking Korea's reunification, properly facing up to the trend of the times. |
