Release of Prisoners of Conscience, Abolition of Fascist Law Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- The Group for Joint Action for Meeting Prisoners of Conscience in south Korea held a press conference outside the Pusan Prison demanding the release of prisoners of conscience and the abolition of the fascist law, according to the south Korean paper Nodong and Segye.

Speakers accused the authorities for criminalizing workers protesting against suppression, far from punishing entrepreneurs for cracking down on the workers working under poor conditions.

A press release was read out at the press conference.

It demanded the authorities set free all the prisoners of conscience at once and abolish the "Security Law".
