During their stay in the DPRK, there was a meeting for opening the AFP Pyongyang Bureau under an agreement between the KCNA and AFP.

Present there were Kim Chang Gwang, director general of the KCNA, and officials concerned, AFP President Emmanuel Hoog and his party.
