The letter said that the current international seminar is of greater significance as it took place on the motherland of Juche during the historic period when all the people of the DPRK are making leaping advances in building a socialist power with the pride and honor of electing the respected HE Kim Jong Un as chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea at its 7th Congress.

We can keenly feel your noble moral sense of obligation and loyalty of carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders and clearly witnessed the steadfast attitude and faith of the DPRK once again, the letter said, and went on:

The reality of the DPRK instilled confidence in the future and conviction of victory into the followers of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in the world struggling for the cause of human independence.

We will make a more widespread and deeper study and dissemination of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as required by the developing reality, cherishing it as firm faith, and thus make a positive contribution to achieving independence in every country and accomplishing the cause of global independence.

The imperialists and hostile forces are standing in the way of the peoples struggling for independence through wars and violence but their foolish moves are bound to be frustrated and the world people are sure to emerge victorious in their struggle for achieving independence.
