I extend the warmest congratulations to you on Sept. 9, the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK, on behalf of all members of the Workers' Party of Mexico and on my own behalf.

The DPRK, founded by President Kim Il Sung and strengthened and developed by leader Kim Jong Il, is now turning into a socialist political and military power, bravely shattering all aggression and provocation moves of the imperialist allied forces and winning victory.

The heroic struggle of the Korean people to defend the sovereignty of the country, the dignity of the nation and the peace on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of the world serves as a model of the world revolutionaries and progressive people struggling to build an equal and just new society.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I most sincerely wish you good health and greater success in your noble work for the prosperity of the DPRK and the happiness of the Korean people, convinced that thanks to your wise leadership, the feats of President Kim Il Sung in building a socialist state and those of Kim Jong Il in leading the state will go down forever.
