The organization said there continue confusion and conflict due to the moves of the authorities to deploy THAAD unilaterally.

The authorities are insisting that THAAD deployment is aimed to cope with the "north's nuclear and missile threat" but it has already been proved through the reports of the U.S. Department of Defense and Congress that THAAD is ineffective in light of the topography of the Korean peninsula, the organization charged.

It held that the authorities are escalating the military confrontation on the Korean peninsula and thus causing uneasiness among the people and pushing forward THAAD deployment by using their psychology.
