Koreans in China Condemn Hong Yong Phyo's Invectives against DPRK

Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- The Harbin Regional Association under the General Association of Koreans in China made public a statement on September 5 condemning Hong Yong Phyo, puppet minister of Unification of south Korea, for reeling off invectives against the DPRK.

The statement recalled that at an international meeting on August 29 Hong claimed that if the north dismantled nuclear weapons, it would get big benefit, talking about pressure of the international community.

No matter what sophism Hong may spout, the DPRK will remain unchanged in its principled stand, the statement said.
