New Cosmetics Developed in DPRK

| Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- New cosmetics, developed by the Stem Cell Institute under the Bioengineering Branch of the State Academy of Sciences of the DPRK, were highly appreciated at the 12th Pyongyang Autumn International Trade Fair held some days ago. The multifunctional cosmetics are considered to be effective in preventing skin from aging and removing freckles and black spots by vitalizing cutaneous stem cells. They also help raise moisture-keeping ability and elasticity of skin while having the effect of protecting skin from ultraviolet rays. |
