Present there were the chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, president of the Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union, secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, chairman of the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, executive member and general secretary of the Port Trade Union of the Peruvian General Federation of Workers and other personages of political parties, bodies and institutions and masses and the DPRK ambassador to Peru and staff members of his embassy.

Speakers at the event praised President Kim Il Sung for defeating the U.S. and Japanese imperialism and building a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-defensive in national defence and leader Kim Jong Il for victoriously leading the standoff with the U.S. to firmly protect the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the nation and Marshal Kim Jong Un for commanding the struggle of the Korean people for the final victory under the unfurled banner of Songun.

They praised the advantages of the socialist system in the DPRK where the people become master of everything and everything serves them and revealed the absurdity of anti-DPRK "human rights" racket of the U.S. and Western countries.

They referred to the validity and vitality of the idea and lines of the peerlessly great men for reunification of Korea and the struggle of the Korean people for achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
