The Koreans in China are full of great happiness and joy and national pride and honor upon the news that scientists and technicians of the Nuclear Weapons Institute in the homeland succeeded in nuclear warhead explosion test for the judgment of the power of a nuclear warhead newly studied and manufactured by them at the northern nuclear test ground.

The successful test was the great event, event of national history as it demonstrated to the whole world the fact that the work for mounting nuclear warhead on ballistic rockets has entered a higher stage.

Reflecting the unanimous wishes of all Korean citizens in China and other compatriots the General Association of Koreans in China extends the highest glory and greatest thanks to you who made sure that the DPRK ranked itself among the full-fledged world nuclear powers and turned into an invincible military power and thus demonstrated the dignity of the Korean nation to the whole world.

The Koreans in China would uphold you as the sun of the nation, head of a reunified country in one mind, deeply cherishing the pride and honor of being members of nuclear power-Songun Korea in the East.

The General Association of Koreans in China would become genuine patriotic organization making tangible contribution to the reunification, prosperity and development of the homeland.
