DPRK FM Leaves to Take Part in Int'l Meetings

Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, foreign minister of the DPRK, and his party left here Monday to participate in a ministerial meeting to be held before the 17th Non-aligned Summit and the 71st UN General Assembly.
