Reply to Kim Jong Un from Syrian President

| Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, received a reply message from Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on September 11. The Syrian president in his reply message said that he very thankfully received warm message of greeting sent by Kim Jong Un on his 51st birthday. He expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for his sincere feelings toward the people of Syria and his wishes for their peace and stability. He highly appreciated Kim Jong Un for supporting the Syrian people striving to eliminate terrorism and its forces. He said he valued very much the invariable stand of Kim Jong Un supporting Syria's just cause and wishing Syria security and stability despite ordeals. He wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the people of the DPRK greater progress and prosperity. |
