I am very pleased to extend sincere congratulations to Your Excellency and, through Your Excellency, to the government and people of the DPRK on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of Tanzania and on my own behalf.

Our two countries have historically cooperated in a versatile way in many fields including education, agriculture and construction.
