Korean Book, Stamp and Handicraft Exhibition Opens in Russia
Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- An opening ceremony of the Korean book, stamp and handicraft exhibition took place at the History Museum in Dmitrov City, Moscow Region of Russia on September 8 to mark the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Hanging on the front wall of the venue of the exhibition was a photo of leader Kim Jong Il meeting with Russian President Putin.

On display there were works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un, books introducing the DPRK and handicrafts associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

The participants laid bouquets before the photo of Kim Jong Il and Putin and paid tribute to them.

The vice mayor of Dmitrov City warmly congratulated the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK, saying that the Korean people have made world-startling miracles in the building of a socialist power under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un.

The general manager of the History Museum of Dmitrov City said that the exhibition will help citizens get better understanding of the Korean people who have invariably covered the road of socialism, united close around the great leaders. He sincerely wished the DPRK wealth and prosperity.

The participants looked round the books, stamps and handicrafts on display.
