DPRK Players Prove Successful at 2016 Asian Junior and Juvenile Judo Championship

| Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- DPRK players bagged two gold medals and a bronze medal at the 2016 Asian Junior and Juvenile Judo Championship. The championship held in India from September 6 to 11 brought together at least 310 men and women players from the DPRK, China and Iran and 36 countries and the region. O Son Hui and Ji Un Ha defeated all opponents in the junior women's 48 kg and 52 kg categories. Jang Chong Il clinched a bronze medal in the junior men's 55kg category. They returned home on Wednesday. |
