Upon hearing the news of the successful nuclear warhead explosion test of the DPRK on Sep. 9, the Japanese chief executive cried out for tightening the sanctions against the DPRK and the ruling and opposition parties discussed on adopting a "resolution on condemning north Korea."

Japanese media are spouting a whole string of vituperation slandering the self-defensive measures taken by the DPRK in a bid to build up public opinion critical of the DPRK in Japanese society.

Meanwhile, from that day right-wing gangsters' organizations made much fuss around the Hall of the Central Hall of Chongryon every day after bringing loudspeaker vans. They perpetrated hooliganism in front of its gate.

Some groups of them even attempted to break into the hall in succession.

The Central Standing Committee of Chongryon decided to hold an emergency consultative meeting to take strong countermeasures to cope with the situation in which the moves of the Japanese reactionaries against the DPRK and Chongryon have reached an extreme phase.

It took organizational measures not only to widely explain the statement released by the Nuclear Weapons Institute of the DPRK and the great significance of the successful nuclear warhead explosion test among the compatriots but to protect the organizations and institutions at various levels and ensure the safety of the compatriots including students.
