The Sweden-Korea Friendship Association said this in a statement on September 10.

The statement went on:

The DPRK's nuclear deterrence is to deter the aggression of the enemies.

The U.S. and south Korea ceaselessly stage large-scale joint military drills for invading the DPRK.

The U.S. compelled the DPRK to have access to nuclear weapons.

Nothing can break the resolution of the DPRK to bolster up its nuclear deterrence.

Though more than six decades have passed since the ceasefire of the Korean War, the U.S. refuses to conclude a peace treaty with the DPRK.

Therefore, instability which is neither war nor peace prevails on the Korean Peninsula.

The only way for peace and security on the Korean peninsula is to conclude a peace treaty between the DPRK and the U.S.
