The statement said:

We support the nuclear warhead explosion test conducted by the DPRK.

The test was part of the practical counteractions to threats and sanctions against the DPRK by the U.S. and other hostile forces, which are persistently pulling over its exercise of the right to self-defence.

The U.S. is deploying all kinds of nuclear strike means on the Korean peninsula and in its vicinity and seriously threatening the DPRK's sovereignty and right to existence, ceaselessly conducting war exercises for aggression.

The U.S. is the very one which compelled the DPRK to develop nuclear warheads.

The U.S. should recognize the strategic position of the DPRK as a full-fledged nuclear weapons state and withdraw its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

The Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism extends full support and solidarity to the just struggle of the Korean people to protect sovereignty, vital rights and peace from the U.S. ever-more increasing nuclear threats.
