Present there were officials of the party and power organs, working people's organizations, industrial establishments, farms and universities, service personnel of the Korean People's Army and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, people from all walks of life and youth and students in the provinces.

A statement released by the Nuclear Weapons Institute of the DPRK was read out to be followed by congratulatory speeches at the rallies.

The speakers said the successful nuclear warhead explosion test of justice was an action of national significance as it instilled confidence in sure victory and optimism into the service personnel and people.

They noted that the events that have taken place one after another in national defense field this year are the fruition of the energetic guidance and devotion made by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They said the provinces would supply equipment and materials necessary for the drive to recover from flood damage in the northern part of North Hamgyong Province in a responsible manner and perform such fresh miracle as turning adversity into favorable conditions.

They called for making an all-out charge in the worthwhile drive to bring earlier the final victory in the building of a socialist power with the national pride and honor of having demonstrated to the whole world the dignity and spirit of the Juche-oriented nuclear power under the guidance of Kim Jong Un.
