Narcotic-related Crimes Increase among S. Korean Youngsters

| Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Narcotic-related crimes rapidly increase among youngsters of south Korea, sparking off great public uproar, according to CBS of south Korea on September 15. In particular, the number of criminals in their teens increased 118 percent and those in their twenties 43 percent as compared with that in 2013. |
