He went round the Youth Looping Shop, Gas Producing Shop, Steel Shop and other places of the complex to learn in detail about the processes for putting the production on a Juche and modern basis and production there. Then he convened a consultative meeting.

The meeting discussed the issues of generalizing successes and experience gained by the complex in putting production processes on a Juche basis and producing diverse steel bars for the sites for recovering from flood damage in the northern part of the country.

The meeting took measures for putting production on normal track and increasing varieties of steel. They include steps for sufficiently supplying electricity, coal and iron ore.

Earlier, the premier visited the Institute of Pomiculture of the Academy of Agricultural Science and discussed measures of remodeling the institute and took actions.
