Present at the forum were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), and vice-chairmen, Pu Yong Uk, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, and other chairmen of prefectural headquarters, Rim Yong Chol, chairman of the Korean Youth Commercial Association in Japan, Kim Chang Mun, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Korean Youth Commercial Association, and other Koreans in Japan and Japanese citizens.

The forum was the 20th one and the largest one in history.

Ho Jong Man in his speech called for actively conducting patriotic movement, bravely shattering the moves of the Japanese reactionaries.

Kim Chang Mun in his closing address called upon Koreans in Japan from all walks of life to defend Korean schools with the might of single-minded unity and make active contributions to developing the movement of Koreans in Japan.
