The president in the message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK on behalf of the Congolese people and government and on his own behalf and wished the friendly Korean people happiness and prosperity.

The president expressed again the will to make proactive efforts to boost the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries conducive to the mutual wellbeing of the people.
