Pyongyang, September 21 (KCNA) -- "3. For the Independent Reunification of the Country" of supreme leader Kim Jong Un's Report to the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea on the Work of the Central Committee was posted by the Peru-Korea Institute of Culture and Friendship on its website on September 6 on the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
