We extend sincere congratulations to the Korean people winning one victory after another in the just anti-imperialist struggle including their successful nuclear explosion test to assess the power of nuclear warheads, which exercised their rights.

The world's progressives should learn a lot from the Party, the service members and people of the DPRK reacting to nuclear threats of every description from the provocateurs, keeping to the socialist road under the banner of the Juche idea fathered by Kim Il Sung, eternal President of the DPRK.

We hope that the Korean people will register greater successes in the drive for accomplishing the 5-year strategy for national economic development in hearty response to the decisions of the historic 7th Congress of the Party at which Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of socialist Korea, was elected chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea.
