Seen standing before the bust was a wreath sent by supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Kim Phyong Hae, Ro Tu Chol, Kim Su Gil, Ri Ryong Nam, vice- premier of the Cabinet, officials of the party, armed forces and power bodies, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, service personnel of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and working people in Pyongyang.

Laid before the bust was a wreath in the joint name of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and the DPRK Cabinet.

Also placed there were wreaths in the names of ministries and national institutions, units of KPA, revolutionary schools and the party and power bodies and factories in Pyongyang.

The participants paid silent tribute to Kim Jong Suk, recollecting her revolutionary career.

Floral baskets were placed before the statues of Kim Jong Suk in Hoeryong City and Kim Jong Suk County and at Kim Jong Suk Naval University.
