Nevertheless, the Japanese reactionaries, far from making apology and reparation for their monstrous crimes in the past, are threatening the security and life of Koreans in Japan and working hard to crack down on Chongryon, the legitimate organization. This is a grave politically-motivated terrorism to tarnish the image of the DPRK and stamp out Chongryon at any cost.

What should not be overlooked is that the recent case was not a simple accidental case by a few right-wing gangsters but the case carefully premeditated and organized by the Japanese authorities in advance.

The DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the Japanese reactionaries' unreasonable suppression of Chongryon, and it will defend its legitimate position to the last and conduct more dynamic patriotic activities.

The Japanese reactionaries should bear in mind that such gangsterism will only invite a disgraceful ruin and stop at once the suppression of Chongryon.
