DPRK's Nuclear Warhead Explosion Test Demonstrates Its Toughest Will: Russian Body

Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's nuclear warhead explosion test is a demonstration of its toughest will, part of its practical countermeasures to the nuclear war threat and sanctions by the U.S. and other hostile forces.

The Young Red Vanguard under the Working Russian Party said this in an article posted on its website on Sept. 13.

The article said:

The DPRK successfully conducted the nuclear explosion test for judging the power of nuclear warheads.

Upset by this, Obama announced a "statement" that he would cooperate with the international community to take additional crucial steps while terming the DPRK's nuclear warhead explosion test "threat" and "provocation" against peace and security and "ignorance" of international code of conduct.

The "statement" announced by Obama is aimed to evade the blame for pushing the DPRK to have access to nuclear weapons and save his face lost in the eyes of the world even a bit.

The U.S. is, indeed, the very one who pushed the DPRK to develop nuclear warheads.

The DPRK will continue taking measures for bolstering the state nuclear force in quality and in quantity to protect its dignity and sovereignty and defend genuine peace from the ever-increasing U.S. nuclear war threat.
