DPRK's Fruit Farms Introduced by ITAR-TASS

| Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- ITAR－TASS conveyed an article typed by its Pyongyang correspondent that noted that the DPRK's fruit farms are producing a lot of fruits to promote the people's wellbeing on Sept. 22. The article said that various kinds of fruits are being sold in the DPRK's commercial networks. It went on: Various fruits such as strawberry, watermelon, melon, grape, persimmon, pear and apple are being sold at the shops and other places in Pyongyang, satisfying the needs of the citizens. In particular, the Korean famous fruit varieties draw the people's attention. Most of the fruits are those cultivated at the DPRK's fruit farms. Such farms are prospering under the guidance of supreme leader Kim Jong Un. He is energetically leading the farms to bring about big yields of fruits by using the updated scientific and technological successes with consideration given to the country's climate and land. |
