Recalling that Paek breathed his last after being in a critical condition hit by water cannon fired by fascist police, the statement accused the Park regime of causing the death of the peasant through brutal crackdown.

During more than 300 days in which the peasant had been in a critical condition the prosecution remained an onlooker to the incident, not conducting any investigation into the policemen involved in the murder. The prosecution authorities are the same killers and criminals as they patronized the group of killers.

The statement called for judging the Park Geun Hye regime through strong resistance of people.
